A Duckworth percussion piece

William Duckworth is one of my favorite composers, so it’s maddening to me that so little of his work has been recorded and made available. This YouTube video, for example, is the only recording I know of for Duckworth’s “Gymel.” I could wish that the sound were a little better, but I’ll take what I can get.

  1. Thanks for the video! I’ve never before come across his name; there’s so many good living composers one can hardly get to know even a fraction of them. It’ll be fun getting acquainted with his music now that I know he exists. Again, thanks.
